I wrote Don't Mind Me early in 2008 and it was published in E book in March 2008 and paperback in October 2008. I launched my website www.judithhaire.vpweb.co.uk in July 2009 and visitor numbers are very encouraging. Mental illness is still a taboo subject and there are too many silences. We need to stop the use of stigmatising language in the media and stop discriminating against those with mental health problems, in the family, in the workplace.
